Around early Feb, as soon as I decided to stan THIS PERSON from THIS K-POP BAND, I found out that he’s gonna be enlisting in the military this March.

but still, the fact that I have my little safe space to grab on to (mentally, or at least inside my earbuds) in a totally new environment is quite comforting.

My high school best friend is moving abroad to a country where he can marry his boyfriend legally. I’m so happy for him but I know I’ll miss him so much.🥺
My grandpa passed away last Friday and everything is still feel so unreal. Even when I’m at the funeral, I still feel like I will always be able to see him sitting in front of his house with a cup of coffee and newspaper if I drop by. I’m not that close with him, even when I saw him in the hospital I still didn’t know what to say to him. He was happy to see me though, I’ll never forget how his smile reached his eyes when he knew it was me under the mask. (He couldn’t remember me under the mask at first. Sorry, grandpa. 😂) He lived a good life with 5 children and I’m so happy I get to be his grandchild. My childhood wouldn’t be this good without him.
This reminds me of how uncertain life can be. My parents were divorced and they’re not in good terms. If one of them were gone, I’m not sure that another one of them would fully support me through it. I have no siblings to so there will be no one helping me out of share the same level of feelings when the time comes. They’re one of the closest people I have in my life too. I’m so scared of being left alone and I wouldn’t know what to do if I lose them. :(
